Things Are Coming Together

Brought down the daybed, painted the posts white.

Kitchen and Bunk Bed Room

Both bunk beds are up and I found fabric to make the curtains for this room.  Beds are quite cozy.

The kitchen still needs trim around windows, backsplash and I'm anxious to start cooking on my new stove.

I think a rectangle table would work better at the window bench, since then two people could sit in the back.  I'll get there.

Rewards of our Hard Work

Well, we are making progress on our house.  Painted the trim outside....dug out all the overgrown shrubbery that was out front.  Future home of either a patio or small deck.
New brown front door put in and steps changed out.  Brown shutters to come shortly. 

All the flooring is finished....starting to really look like home now.  Kitchen complete except for backsplash and trim.

Flooring in living room - new vents were added after this picture.

New green glass knobs put on cabinets.  Love my appliances!

The Work Continues - Making Progress

Work on Our Future Home

We tore everything out of the mobile home and started from scratch.  We put in a new kitchen window in, which will be right above my sink.  We had high hat lighting put in kitchen and electrical work done throughout.  We reinforced the walls and insulated.

Daddy wants to help and enjoys keeping busy.

Joe does some of the electrical work and helps out wherever needed.
